2. Service Description

VenneTV provides an IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) streaming service that allows subscribers to access live television channels, video-on-demand content, and series through internet-connected devices. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Subscription & Payment

• All subscriptions are prepaid and non-recurring — you will not be automatically charged at the end of your plan period
• Payment is accepted via PayPal and Credit Card
• Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with notice
• Subscriptions are activated within 5–15 minutes of confirmed payment
• Each subscription allows streaming on the number of connections specified in your chosen plan

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use VenneTV only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute your account credentials
• Use the service for commercial broadcasting or public display
• Attempt to circumvent any technical protection measures
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in your country
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the service

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately via WhatsApp if you believe your account has been compromised.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance, server updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for temporary service unavailability.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the VenneTV website are owned by VenneTV or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VenneTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms of Use. No refund will be issued upon termination due to policy violations.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal remedy.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
