1. Free Trial First

Before committing to any paid plan, we offer a free 24-hour trial on request via WhatsApp. This lets you fully test channel quality, device compatibility, and streaming speed before any payment. We strongly encourage all new customers to use the trial first.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

The service was never activated or delivered to you
You experienced a total service failure our support team could not resolve within 72 hours
A duplicate payment occurred due to a technical error
The request is made within 48 hours of the original purchase

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

You used the free 24-hour trial and found it satisfactory before purchasing
The issue is caused by your internet connection, device, or incorrect setup
More than 48 hours have passed since the purchase date
Your account was suspended due to a Terms of Use violation
You changed your mind or no longer want the service
Partial refunds for unused subscription time are not available

4. How to Request a Refund

Your full name and email used for the purchase
Your payment reference or transaction ID
A clear description of the issue experienced

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (PayPal or credit card) within 5–10 business days. VenneTV does not charge any processing fees on approved refunds.
